Pros
a employee is not required to have many skills and pass for doing very little in the workplace.
Cons
Again, my particular situation was/is a dead end if you have a college degree. I was interested in getting hired by the company that Manpower contracted with, however after a year in the same position I realized that there was no reason for the company to hire me full-time when they currently didn't have to pay my health insurance or higher wage.
