Pros
I can't think of anything good to say. If I have to name something, I suppose I was usually paid on time. Weekends off were also nice.
Cons
I worked in the office in Findlay, Ohio. I have never seen a more unprofessional workplace. The manager would terminate employees for failing a drug test, but she would smoke out in the office and out back almost every day. People they liked wouldn't have to take tests. The employees used the office to cheat on spouses and significant others. If I said anything, I was blasted. I was injured at work and threatened with my job if I said anything.
