      Pros

      Keeps in contact. Quick at trying to get you to work but ultimately does not deliver. Can be friendly to me people.

      Cons

      Where do I begin? Sends people the wrong information, sends people to the wrong location and then it's your fault for being late, doesn't state anything that they need for you to finish their onboarding process and blames you for not having your stuff together. Condescending in person. While they will blame you for not having your crap together (when you do unless they forget to tell you something), they never have their crap together. Horrible experience. Went to work for a different company entirely just because of their awful behavior despite their client being a good company. Shame on them, they are driving people away from their clients.

      Base pay is decent Flexible schedule A bit "old school," which was nice at times

      Cons

      Bad commission structure compared to others in the industry. Constant corporate re-structuring. During my 8 moths of employment, my hiring manager and managing director were laid off. Red flags all over the place.

      Nice hours, paid holidays, no weekend or night work. Decent training.

      Cons

      I took the job hoping to help people. They did not care about anyone who came in except for the fact that they made money off of them. We were not allowed to refer to them to another staffing company even if we couldn't help them. The branch I worked for never tried to obtain new business. The way they would talk about people was awful. I did not enjoy working there. I want to help people and make difference and this place was all about the money. I understand that it is a business but I also thought I would be able to use my skills to help those in need and was in trouble all the time for doing what I thought was right.
