      Pros

      Pay is not bad for temporary work.

      Cons

      Nothing but predators. These people take advantage, lie to you at every opportunity to their own advantage, I was full time in their office for only 2 months after being told it would last longer. Lied about finding me another assignment, tried placing me in positions I was grossly unqualified for, yet did not consider me for a position I had excellent qualifications for. Place a young person in the job instead. Then lied about contact in order to deny unemployment. Even the man at Unemployment office said they were bas>>>>s. and that they to this to everyone. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

      Pros

      There are no specific pros that stick in my mind. The office was clean. The area was central to all the major cities.

      Cons

      I signed on with Manpower and was told that they will help place you with a position that will be a temp-to-hire. Two weeks later I was sent an email at 9pm saying I needed to come in to discuss a temporary position that only lasted two weeks. The commute was about 1 1/2 hours away for half of the time. They put you on the spot and were told to tell them right then and there due to it starting 2 days later. The next day when I was unable to come up with the gas money I professionally declined the position. I was then bombarded with emails and a call AFTER I requested to be pulled from Manpower services. They basically made me feel less than a human being for backing out of something I couldn't control with a day and a half of notice.

      Pros

      This was a job that I had previous experience with and good experience for. My professional time with UPS was very positive and I was able to expand my duties and function for the good of the contractor.

      Cons

      Because of Manpower's internal needs or functions I was offered a lower pay rate after 3 years of positive employment with same company.
