Pros

-was hired on as a fully remote role during pandemic (now switch to hybrid which I do not like) and provided equipment such as a laptop, doc, headset and mouse -flexible work schedule since working from home

Cons

-very unprofessional team/leadership, leadership made ageist comments about clients -unwelcoming company culture where you are just a number and not a person -pay is barely a livable wage despite having prior experience and a degree, no commission or bonus -Management never knows what's going on, you get very different answer on how to preform your job depending on who to ask -the culture is very much "this is not my job" -little to no diversity on my assignment -You do not get PTO until after working 1,000 regular hours. The majority of the team is contracted so they will never reach 1,000 hours or it will be right before there contracts ends. Meaning you do not get any paid holidays but have to hear leadership talking about the importance of taking time off around the holidays and spending it with loved ones. You can only take unpaid time off and the majority of people can't afford that. I worked the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas since I didn't have any PTO my first year (I worked almost 2 years until I had any PTO or paid holidays) and there was very clearly no work to be done and no higher ups there since they have PTO.

Pros

You get a lot of exposure to different clients in the RPO world.

Cons

-Lack of career movement - a lot is promised, but little is actually possible -You are just a number -All that matters is dollar and cents and the people actually doing the work (recruiters, sourcers) are treated like they are the bottom of the "food chain".

Pros

Great technology in E-Recruit however never got it up running to distribute to all offices. Good at understanding and believing in the employee experience and building relationships but with a staff of 2, there is a bandwidth challenge.. Great realignment with Talent Acquisition SME's, Sales Directors, Operations Director, financial analyst, etc.

Cons

TCS-offshore company doing all IT is horrific. Survey after survey, work arounds, full days with programs are down-sold contract to the lowest bidder and laid off hundreds at corporate. Full company restructures every 1-2 years with new business models as the old ones didn't work. Terrible mark up's for national accounts with LARGE administrative, time consuming red tape which leads to very low ROI. Staff stressed out as each office only had 2 recruiters working with a 40 associates out threshold that was unobtainable which lead to turnover. Onboarding centralized to include videos detailing how to run a desk. Workers compensation structure bankrupts the P&L of the branches. Closing small town branches which makes a national contract hard to sell for National Sales. Asking Recruiters to do remote recruiting to light industrial candidates that are technology deficient is a giant hurdle. A Market Delivery Lead should be in each territory to help with reporting, recruiter accountability and growth within national accounts.
