      Good benefits, Good PTO, health insurance is better than average.

      Cons

      Leadership is weak, recruiters are paid to low and it shows in clients fulfillment. Constantly understaffed, branch managers have a dictatorship mentality.

      If you are in a dear need to have a job to make ends meet, you have a job.

      As a young professional with the desire to grow professionally, I have found that it is not the place to do so. You will not learn, you will not grow, you will be disappointed. Huge turnover among recruiters with loads of extra work for team members for very poor compensation. Threatening, unfair, high-stress, abusive, demotivating work environment. Rhetoric, archaic management style in the Fort Collins, CO branch.
