      Pros

      Nice building, people below the director are great to work with,

      Cons

      TCS (India offshore company) seems to be running the show and the vast majority of their resources are below average but Manpower leadership continues to reward their inferior performance with greater responsibility and hiring more TCS resources. So when is TCS going to buy Manpower? Leadership is so poor and goes unchecked...it is sad to see, the company used to do great things...not anymore.

      People are committed and supportive.

      Cons

      Leadership don't recognize all the hard work that is taking place in the field. It is all numbers driven and stressful. Every month you hear of great talent is leaving to pursue other opportunities. Not enough incentive for them to stay when every year the commission plan keeps getting smaller and smaller but the goals keep getting higher. Not setting people up to be successful in their role.

      Easy to network inner offices and other departments Great office location and perks for employees Paid training continuously

      Cons

      Management is young and naive ( at least Experis) kept down good employees from promotions to earn commissions off them or hand picked special people to succeed No regard for pay raises Hard to get answers to things that directly concern employees ( paychecks, benefit changes, etc) Always scandals from gossiping, layoffs, HR department sleeping with managers Outsourced lots of positions and did small layoffs so they didn't have to report them Cannot speak out about anything you will be reprimanded or threatened by leaders on floor
