Pros

Nice building, free parking, cafeteria has decent prices

Cons

They have sent a ton of jobs overseas over the last few years, and it went very poorly. Roles are coming back now, but no one trusts the company to not pull the plug again. IT is offshore, so if you need to download a software update or have any computer issue, you must log a ticket and wait (usually a couple days). Career growth is minimal, benefits are very bad, HR is nonexistent The internal communications are positive at an over the top level and tone deaf, they preach "empowering the world of work" and "learnability". We do neither.

Pros

Ability to work with clients and candidates.

Cons

Poor leadership, people in current management roles are under performers. Only get promoted at the organization if you have sucked up enough.

Pros

Able to work remotely

Cons

No one had a clue what was going on--most unorganized HR dept I've ever encountered. They made so many mistakes--I haven't worked there for 2 years now and I still receive a pay stub in the mail and somehow am acquiring PTO. I've called numerous times, but they still haven't fixed the error. Today I received my tax info (again, haven't worked there in over 2 years now) with what I owe for health insurance for 2016. It's such a mess over there. When I was working there, I was hired as a regular, full-time employee, but when they had me move to another account, they accidentally changed my status in their system to 'contract' employee. When that project ended, no one in HR would help me, insisting I was a contract employee, even though I sent them numerous copies of my offer letter. They realized their mistake 4 months later and called to apologize.
