      Pros

      Manpower group was a decent company to work for day to day. Benefits were pretty well, and the pace of work was pretty good

      Cons

      Short sighted management. Things moved very slowly, and good ideas get squashed because "we've always done it this way".

      Flexible and friendly management team. An excellent place to work if you are self motivated. Exciting and fast paced.

      Cons

      Low end of the pay scale. As an employee in a remote office, I was often on my own to resolve issues.

      Once you prove yourself, you are left to run things as you would your own business. Provides autonomy with national recognition. Reimbursement is good with potential to take trips as awards for top 3% of the company.

      Cons

      The environment can be stressful as in all staffing. Expectations are high for the Branch Manager to bring in sales as well as manage operations.
