Cons

Poor leadership, dispose of people quickly, unethical. Not sure why they are voted admired and unethical - they are not.

Great support from co-workers and peers who are also experiencing the same workload. True partnership among team members. Average benefits

Cons

No work-life balance despite promises to address it. Workload is not realistic, and you leadership blame your lack of planning when there are no many hours a week to address the workload. Leadership make you lie on reporting only 40 hours of work a week when you worked average 55-60 hrs/week.

Cons

Feckless IT upper management, no global IT leadership, outsourced IT virtually impossible to work with, outsourced Data Center that was the cheapest they could find and worth every penny. A security disaster waiting to happen.
