      Pros

      I have worked for the Manpower Group for 16 years, my experience has been very positive. I have had the variation and autonomy that keep me engaged and motivated. The team I work with is fantastic, I honestly could not ask to work with a more professional, fun and wonderful group. I also have the flexibility within my role to have a great work/life balance, this was especially necessary when my children were small.

      Cons

      I would like to see pay bandings to ensure clarity around my next step.

      Like many big companies you can feel isolated, however you are encouraged to reach out and collaborate and provided the opportunities through line managers taking an interest in you
