      Good opportunity to those who needs an edge to get to next level with a job. especially for freshers.

      Cons

      Poor financial management. if you are to reimburse some claims, you would have to follow up for months to get your earning. effort wasted for nothing

      Pros

      Great working environment, lovely colleagues/collegiate environment, flexible working permitted, supportive of development. Length of service of some colleagues demonstrates that people like it with MPG. The UK CEO has been with the group 30 years. I've found it a great place to develop and the challenges are constant. The work for me is varied and interesting. I think I've learned more in the last 4/5 years than I have since I started working! There's scope in MPG for independence, for people to take ownership and build relationships and to lead change. These skills are rewarded with some great programmes to recognise the hard work put in.

      Cons

      Pay at bottom end of market, but work life balance benefits outweighs the ££. Management supervision can be laid back and really you have to be the master of your own time and workload.
