      Good Pay package, Night-shift allowance, Food-allowance, Independent work culture. Good for short-term gain.

      Cons

      Not maintaining commitment of project work, One has to make continuous follow-ups for compensation, Scattered management.

      Pros

      Lots of learning experience. They are leaders in their field in terms of knowledge. Global connection with your peers.

      Cons

      Poor management and leadership. The concern for meeting numbers have way outweighed the welfare of its employees leading to high turnovers. They have lost the human touch. No replacement for lost workforce therefore current employees are required to take on the extra load. Shift in goal post all the time.
