Good place to work, good people to work with, management is OK

Solid training and good people here. You can express your word here directly to the top management. The corp. culture is fine hear. You can have work and life balance as long as you can have well time management.

Cons

Limited benefit, salary not good enough to enjoy good life, management always ask you to stay close to money. You feel stressful while the business cycle is very down.

More often than not there is an unrealistic workload put upon staff employees. Offices are often and understaffed.
