Pros
Security. You will always have your job since they do not typically layoff employees. It is also a family owned company plus there is an onsite gym and great health benefits.
Cons
Company does not invest in engaging employees and boosting moral. They are more concerned about sales bottom line and numbers than investing in their employees. Most salaries are also not competitive. Also, depending on who you know and your connection with management or parent company in Italy, you will tend to move up the ladder and get paid more. In addition, some people do whatever they want and get away with it while others get reprimanded for doing the exact same thing.
