      Pros

      Generous vacation time from the get go.

      Cons

      Very numbers driven. Employees work as a whole is not taken into account and as a result brings down the moral of the team quickly. No company outings, no holiday parties, raises are minimal. If you want to work in the insurance field look at other options as you will make twice as much.

      They are usually available to talk with you, however that doesnt mean they are listening.

      Cons

      They are not receptive to what the wants and needs of employees are.

      Pros

      The PTO is good as well as the location. The people I work with are generally o.k. to work with, management on the other hand, can't be trusted.

      Cons

      As noted by many - toxic environment. They promote individuals based on how much they kiss butt, not on their merit. Individuals are not trusthworthy - they would throw you under the bus to get ahead or save their own skin.
