Working there helps one realise how dangerous humans can be.

Cons

Executives are out of touch with the realities on the ground. Sales managers often compete with Sales Representatives for the SAME business in the Sales Rep's territory; this makes for bad business relations.

A good place to work. The colleagues are great, nice and friendly.

Cons

Management in some teams really sucks. Bonuses and salary increases are very low and they don't match the inflation.
