Pros

Maplesoft develops top end software for engineers, so we get to work with some really interesting customers. I also enjoy working with very smart people. I have had a great experience so far and feel like my opinions matter.

Cons

The departments can feel a little siloed, but this has improved even since I started.

Depending on the team, you may not experience respectful attitude from your manager. There is not that much opportunity for you to grow and get exposure. Too much unnecessary stress is imposed on you due to bad management.
