Great atmosphere. People empowered to do their best. Fantastic product to be proud of.

Cons

Being based in Oregon means gray skys in the winter.

People are good hard workers and they make a fantastic product.

Cons

Only 3 days vacation a year and then its given to you half and in 6 months the other half, they don't tell you that. Employee handbook not updated HR has known since 2016 but won't update. Employees read manual but does not matter because it is not up to date and HR has the rules in his head. 401K lacking. The good people are leaving for better jobs and benefits.
