Pros

Great environment. Fast paced work. Different locations where you interact with different kinds of coworkers and customers. The people that work here are amazing. Everyone just fits perfectly together and it really helped to get through the long days at work.

Cons

We worked long hours, especially during Spike Night peek weeks.

Pros

You get to work with great people who are really motivated. Selling shoes can be a rewarding experience especially if you are passionate about running and want to share that passion with others.

Cons

Stores are often understaffed, especially on weekends, and management isn't responsive to concerns about the stores. Expect to work long hard hours if you work at Marathon.
