Some Pros, but can't be outweighed by ownership

- Quality of coworkers; educated, personable, dynamic - Flexible/multiple work locations/options - Health insurance was decent - Unused vacation paid out at end of year

Cons

- No 401K - Owner was a micromanaging tyrant - No HR - led to huge personal/relationship management issues - Poor working wages

Pros

Great teamwork, awesome friends made at work, and great in-store managers.

Cons

Upper management/warehouse staff are often complacent, lackadaisical, and unaware about what happens in the store on a day-to-day basis. Lots of mishandled HR issues, never had an issue resolved, and there is no formal way to make changes in this department. One or two HR people for a large company that does not actively engage with employees is detrimental for workplace environment.
