      Pros

      Pros: Nice co-workers, nice people, friendly environment. I would say that it was a decent first job and a good experience for those who have never worked before.

      Cons

      Cons: The management wasn't all that it was cracked up to be. The turnover rate was really high because of discrepancies between what was promised in the interview and what actually happened. Chances to get a raise or any significant promotions is also a no-go.

      Pros

      Free ice cream, happy customers, variety of things to keep busy, tips were usually decent, manager was very involved despite managing three locations.

      Cons

      Owner was not involved - I worked there for 1.5 years and met him twice. He didn't remember meeting me.
