      Pros

      Free Ice Cream Free Ice Cream ...that's about it, but considering the prices I wouldn't be eating the ice cream if it wasn't free.

      Cons

      -Often had to work alone, which is completely unsafe. -Only some people were trained in specific tasks and using certain appliances so much of the work would land their way, while other people had nothing to do. -Customers can be extremely rude.

      Pros

      I worked for this company when they were based out of Houston. They were good people to work for.

      I cannot think of any down sides. They are a company that wants to succeed.

      They offered flexible hours and the work environment was fun.

      Cons

      Incompetent, hypocritical management, who was never even there and hardly ever knew what was going on in the store. Had no real method of promoting employees.
