Pros

Free ice cream/discounts, awesome co-workers, decent pay, and good upper management. I was always praised for a good job. I felt valuable at the workplace. The owners trained thoroughly and helped with any issues that may have come about.

Cons

late closing, busy spurts at the wrong times! (while making ice cream or taking apart yogurt machines), working alone at night.
