      Owners of our store we're really kind and always loved talking to us when they saw us at the store. Decent tips. Good ice cream.

      Minimum wage. Really sucks in the summer when it's really busy and open late.

      Some of the workers are friendly

      Cons

      You get a schedule on a weekly basis so it's hard to make other plans. There is also a good chance that you will be booked to work on a day that you have told the manager you are not available. If your closing the store you are doing it by yourself which is a laborious job. This is especially true if the store was busy that day. The manager lacks good communication skills and often reprimands the employees in front of their coworkers which is belittling. This has lead to everyone being scared of the manager. Lastly the manager often wont reply to your messages unless it impacts her immediately.
