Pros

Newark location has great management and employees can develop wonderful people skills in the customer service aspect. Also you get to be surrounded by ice cream all day.

Cons

The pay is not awesome if you don't work a lot of hours.

Good tips at that location. Simple work.

Cons

Extremely high stress, must always be moving, cannot make mistakes, must multi-task at all times while being extremely polite, happy, and entertaining for customers. Owner was very high demanding.
