-Service with a smile! -They take very seriously the sanitary conditions in their stores. If they don't, fruit flies and cockroaches come and that's a no-no when it comes to ice-cream and health. -Homemade Ice-Cream!

Cons

Customers can be rude over unnecessary and minor problems.
