Work from home. Incredible product and strong vision for innovation. Regular company meetings and share of information. Exciting new things on the horizon for this established start-up. Ability to grow with company. Promote from within.

Cons

High growth phase has its pain points for staff that work around the clock for customers and company. Introducing initiatives like health breaks in the future would be great idea to build culture and work life balance.

Pros

Flexible work environment. Lower-line management worked continuously to make it a great environment.

Cons

Very poor management with a high turnover rate. Management blatantly lied about the state of the company. Management worked tirelessly to ensure they lined their pockets when going public and did little else for the rest of the employees. Poor direction for the company with the release of products that were touted as amazing but are truly broken at the core.
