Pros
We recently went public as a company on the NYSE. What a road it has been… the company has a great culture, specifically in EMEA. We have great management and an amazing VP that listens to our concerns and relays it to the upper-management. The company is well-structured and the pay is extremely generous. Great young, dynamic team in the office, very flexible with office presence and very lax in terms of working hours as long as you consistently hit your KPIs. The culture is incredible, very LGBT+ focused with a lot of minorities working all together.
Cons
I wouldn’t say it is a con, but there is a lot of politics to play. You need to be mindful of others all the time and send your message as clear as possible. Anything could be interpreted the wrong way… which is not nice.
