Business Outlook
Pros
Everyone is so kind in the factory and they try their best to do as requested. They really do treat you like family and if production went well, then there's a possibility of taking home chocolate on Friday. Amazing people who will say hi to you every morning.
Cons
There are many problems which they want solutions to asap even though they are short staffed. There is overtime and it's very noisy (if you don't wear the earplugs).
