      Pros

      Many growth opportunities Continuing to improve on culture of company (It was already good and now it is moving towards great!) Quality behind product (and it tastes delicious!) Very friendly co-workers

      Change is sometimes slower to happen than I would like.

      Pros

      Great bonus potential, company is stable and growing. Health benefits for individuals are well worth it.

      Cons

      The management lacks leadership skills. Hiring and promotion practices are more likely to be based on emotion rather than merit. Some of the senior managers take advantage of others in order to cover up their own shortcomings.
