-great culture, employees trusted and measured on outputs not hours worked -talented team, with long tenure in many key roles -opportunities to progress career and gain promotions, also moves into different teams

Cons

-headcount reduced in 2020, led to doing more with less, was hard work, but company has grown and hired a lot in 2021 and 2022 -can feel remote from teams in other locations -competitiveness of package impacted by falling value of Stock. Hopefully this will improve with latest product developments and integrations
