Pros
Our CEO is great and really cares about his employees and is very approachable. Well funded bright people relaxed overall environment great pay great work,life balance stocked kitchen nice office right in downtown S.F. Management is really cool overall ( but I hear not so much in different departments) Allot of growth Great benefits
Cons
Even though we have had tremendous growth, career advancement seems to be knill ( At least on the sales side) I hear other department heads aren't so great to work with and they work long hours. We don't have that problem on the sales side so it depends on the department you go in.
