- Great team(s) - Multi-faceted job: setting up new clients, L2 support, bespoke projects - Judged on performance but not a cut-throat environment - Support and availability of team members - Perks: fully stocked kitchen, great office location, various benefits

Cons

- The company is facing some challenges after growing fast, this means dealing with a lot of different products and internal documentation which can be overwhelming - The current software looks dated and its replacement has been long in the making and still not fully rolled out

Great people- some of the most intelligent people I have worked with across all departments, who I was sad to leave Good opportunities to develop your career even as the company has struggles. My manager was great, and along with HR, supported me to grow and develop and I took on responsibility for tasks and projects that taught me a lot Treated like an adult and given support when needed Decent office in fantastic location in London

Cons

Strategy has been unclear in last 12 months and maybe slow to adapt Some of the senior management in the US have been less visible in Europe at the time when hearing from them would be most needed. Value of RSUs is low
