Great people, working conditions and enterprise culture within a very competitive industry
Pros
- Autonomy is given to employees and personal initiatives are welcomed and well supported. - People are amazing: clever, nice, experienced, with diverse profiles in terms of nationalities, age, gender. - Projects are interesting on both technical side (with computer engineering custom challenges to face) and business side (with business advertising challenges to face for large well-known brands/customers). - Work hours are flexible and can be discussed, home office as well. - Career evolution within the company is possible for people who are interested in this, including being promoted to management positions or moving to other teams if this makes sense. - Working conditions are very good including nice offices in very central locations, good salaries and perks, good personal/professional life balance with reasonable work hours expectations (employees are expected to work on standard business hours, and not to work late on evenings or week-ends for instance).
Cons
- The company industry is very competitive and ever-changing, which brings interesting challenges but can be very hard for people who needs stability, as lots of changes occur frequently. - The company top management is based in the U.S. and mainly U.S. focused, which can sometimes be frustrating for the EMEA teams, for instance when needing specific actions for the EMEA market (this con is common to most US based companies with offices in EMEA though).
