great company in a challenging market

- best benefits I have ever seen - "we don't play the blame game, we look for solutions" is practiced (most of the time) - exceptional CEO - good work-life balance - very diverse group of employees on all levels - outstanding engineers

Cons

- a tad too compartmentalized, groups don't share enough ideas (look how Goggle does it) - in some cases, skills of individual employees are not fully utilized

Getting to be too bureaucratic Upper management only available to Ivy Leaguers New features of product are half-baked, take too long to develop, and seem to lack innovation
