If Marin is Going to Survive - They're Going to Need to Work More Hours

Great people, great location, great views from office.

Cons

The company is failing. Everyone is checked out. For a struggling company, no one works long hours (it's a ghost town on Friday afternoons). This is everyone, including upper and mid-level management. There's other issues, sure, but they should at least be trying versus riding it out.

Terrible management with no people skills and no organizational skills. Slow and incomplete product. Constant loss of clients and skilled engineers. Some reviews show 4-5 stars and promise things that just are not true. Those reviews are written by hiring managers . Company has hard time hiring new because many current employees are fleeing faster. Company never had positive profits and is low on cash. Its clients are leaving to competitors. Do not waste your time on it, there are thousands better companies.
