Pros
Patient care and safety are at the center of all the providers and staff do at MarinHealth. The medical center and network have tremendous support of the Marin community, and many who work here also live close by. New leadership is working tirelessly to promote the culture of professionalism, and to implement diversity initiatives. MarinHealth is in the process of adopting the best electronic health care record available - UCSF's APeX (version of Epic). I love working at MarinHealth. As so many healthcare providers who work here, I would be a patient here myself without hesitation.
Cons
As MarinHealth continues to grow and develop, I would like to see more robust cross-disciplinary inpatient rounding, and expansion of ambulatory care services.
