Everyone looks out for eachother. Nobody gets left knocked down. Benefits are pretty unbelievable. Pay is decent, but there is room for growth on the salary front.

Extreme silos that delay projects.

There is a lack of diversity in leadership in this organization.

Cons

The leaders are two-faced and not to be trusted. A lot of the staff are ungrateful and don’t like to do any extra curricular events without getting paid for it.
