Good hospital staff, state of the art cath lab and procedures. Really nice neighborhood to work in and shopping in the surrounding area. People seem to care about their jobs ans take pride in what they do.

Cons

Lack of leadership.The hospital is all about making a profit at your expense. They find reasons to fire people who are vested and have a retirement coming to them.
