Less petty back stabbing amongst the staff than other places like Kaiser and Sutter I've worked.

Cons

Staffing is completely inflexible, will not work with you for child care, vacations etc. The only real way to get requested days off is just to call in sick. When it comes to staffing or scheduling policies only apply when they are in the interest of the hospital. If the hospital has a need or it helps the hospital to ignore a policy they will. Totally hypocritical. Upper management runs the place like it's going to go bankrupt the next day. Will shuffle patients from unit to unit to accommodate staffing needs rather than patient needs, it's pretty ethically gross.
