I Love working at MGH. For almost 4 years, I have worked here and been very pleased. The salary is great, it is a beautiful location & place to work. The Parking structure is new, Wellness at work is a great incentive for employees to maintain healthy life styles with reimbursement. Also good vacation time!

Cons

Upper management does not always support grown with in there staff, moving from one role to another. Also there is a lack of communication with new protocols

I love that MGH does provide us with wellness at work .... encourages the staff at the hospital to care for themselves as much as we care for our patients :)

Cons

Some of the staff has been moved around a lot lately ... we are all adjusting to the changes .
