A place to get some experience and move on to greener pastures m. Unorganized incompetent leadership with no sense of responsibility or compassion to the nurses that do all the work with no glory m. Nothing like Big Cedars they carry the name. but not the prestige. You will get ambushed time and time again with the expectation that great care is mainstay. High turn over low pay
