Huge growth potential, all levels of employees are exposed to most areas of wealth management, intense learning experience

Cons

Stressful, political, understaffed, overworked... if you are a top performer they will squeeze every last bit of life out of you until you are burned out and as mediocre as everyone else.

Availablity of senior management and collegial work environment make working there very comforting. Excellent opportunties to interact with clients and outside business contacts.

Cons

Its a newer firm and there are growing pains from a technological standpoint. There have been several changes in top level strategies at the senior management level.
