Pros

I worked as a seasonal in the parks department and it was a great experience. I was trained well and was prepared for my job. They also gave me the tools necessary to complete the tasks and help was just a phone call away. Very supportive environment.

Cons

Lack of full-time positions. Some confusion regarding common practices for certain scenarios.
