Pros

Great employees/teams to work with/collaborate with Educated professionals who understand all aspects of public health

Cons

Management - they only care about the budget rather than public health needs. There are too many rules that are inconsistent and don't make sense that don't support the overall goals in public health. Management position is based on seniority rather than ability to do the job. Disorganized training as a new employee.
