Pros

The benefits of working for Marion County Dept of Health, Behavior Health are health benefits, paid vacation and sick leave. For the most part my peers were very supportive.

Cons

Management isn't interested in best care or interest of the clients. If you're on OHP you are golden. But once those benefits lapse, expire or are otherwise unavailable then they will immediately taper clients off with a 5 or 7 day detox which is brutal.
