Pros

HR department. They try to make things better but no one listens to them.

Cons

Management and politicians. They do some very dirty stuff. Especially the Sheriffs Office and the Board of Commision.

Many of the mid to low level employees are incredible Work life balance happens because everyone is so done at the end of the day/week they don't answer their phones after hours.

Cons

Senior Managers and Elected officials hinder the work of subject matter experts No Work remote option because senior leaders wouldn't be able to micro-manage
