Pros
Excellent management team; great support to succeed; motivating; great training; family owned; no nonsense; good benefits, great systems/IT; focus on quality and process improvement rather than laying blame when things go wrong...they are ISO certified so there's a documented process for everything you need to do or manage; they make decisions with a view to the long term rather than just the next month or quarter
Cons
I'm struggling to think of anything substantial to criticize or find fault except that their customer research is still very focused on measuring simple satisfaction and other traditional attitudinal measures of loyalty like willingness to recommend or repurchase which are all insufficient to assist with predicting future behavior.
