Pros

The people are amazing. Everyone works really hard and are always willing to help each other out. The hours can be flexible if your workload allows it, but many people are not able to take advantage of this perk.

Cons

Upper management doesn't communicate with the people that make them money. Morale is very low because every week people are leaving or being laid off. The pay is horrible, the benefits even worse, and promotions are incredibly slow. When a "promotion" is given, the title change and raise typically comes many months later. In fact, a lot of raises are given in increments across months or even a year.

Pros

virtual work environment, strive for a work/life balance, truly care for their employees and want their employees to grow in their roles.

Cons

Salary levels are on average to slightly below average however the virtual work arrangement makes up for some of that.

Pros

None, they're a sinking ship

Cons

This place is running on old egos and management doesn't understand that the future in sales is based on new business development.....not running scared trying to hold onto existing business.
